Our employment and labor team advises and represents clients on the various challenges faced in the evolving workplace. We also deal with issues involving social responsibilities and human capital management including challenges related to current times of pandemics or global crises.<br>
We advise clients on challenges including but not limited to non-compete clauses, restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets, difficult senior executive transition and retention issues, advise on workplace culture, discrimination and wrongful termination of employment litigation, and a broad spectrum of employment matters to which we deliver proactive solutions. Upon request, we also offer services to assist with the procurement of work and residence permits. We offer legal consultancy services in relation to visa applications and appeals.
